This blog is a discovery of life. Each of us are on own pilgrimages called life. But why do it alone?

Here I will be sharing my thoughts, feelings, questions and everything in between. It might get rough and it might be ugly. I won't shy away from the nitty gritty. Don't worry, it will also be a time of celebration and joy.
On here, I will be transparent. My hope is that this blog will somehow, someway give you a lifeline if you need it. To others, I pray that it is a breath of fresh air, encouraging and inspiring you.

A TROPICAL HOUSEPLANT
The most important thing about me is that I love the Lord with my whole heart and being. I've been married for 3 1/2 years to a wonderful man that is my very best friend. Nathaniel and I have quite the story! We met and lived in Arizona and moved to Michigan about 3 years ago. What a weather shock! I have 5 best friends and we live across the United States. I also have my parents and my younger brother who are my foundation.
And one last thing, I'm such a sucker for fashion, coffee, crafts, dogs and plants. Of course, in no particular order.
P.S. Why the name of Tropical Houseplant? That's my Dad's nickname for me. *eyeroll* Just gotta embrace it.
